I grew up in a kitchen where spices were measured by memory, not by spoons. At Swagat, we cook the way my grandmother taught me — masalas ground fresh each morning, marinades rested overnight, and tandoors fired with real charcoal. Nothing rushed.
We are proud to share that tradition with our guests in Hythe, and to pair it with the best Kentish produce we can find. Thank you for sitting at our table.
