Our kitchen's current favourites, from Sekeko Paneer to a properly rich Chana Masala.
Our favourites
A short walk through the vegetarian dishes we cook most often for our own team meals starts with Chana Masala, a dish that is simple only when it is rushed. Ours is slow, tomato-rich and deeply comforting.
Sekeko Paneer brings the tandoor into the vegetarian side of the menu, with large paneer cubes marinated in yoghurt, herbs and spices before they meet the clay oven.
Paneer and greens
Authentic Saag Paneer is a regular recommendation because it balances richness with freshness. The spinach is finely cut and cooked down with seasoned cottage cheese until the dish feels rounded and generous.
For guests who like more texture, Gobi Aloo brings cauliflower and potatoes together with warming spices and a satisfying dry-style finish.
Best for sharing
Vegetarian tables work best when you mix one rich curry, one tandoor plate, one vegetable side and plenty of bread. It gives the meal contrast without making it too heavy.
A simple order might be Saag Paneer, Chana Masala, Sekeko Paneer, Gobi Aloo and garlic naan for the table.
A note on spice
Most vegetarian dishes can be guided milder or warmer. Tell the team how you like your heat and we will help shape the table around it.
